Dunne To Finish Season In Style In Dublin

Richard Dunne is relishing the chance to travel, with Villa, to Dublin later in the season for the Europa League Final.

The 2010-11 Final is being held at Lansdowne Road (now called the Aviva Stadium) and the Irish international would love nothing more than to play in the final in his home country.

Speaking on the Official Site the Dunneymonster realises it will be a tough journey to the final and we obviously are still awaiting the draw for the qualifying round (Aug 6) so we have no idea who we will face if we are lucky enough to progress this year, but if we are at our best that piece of silverware isn't out of the question.

'It would be really good to get to the final especially as it's in Dublin. Who knows what will happen as the season pans out but looking at it now I think we have got as good a chance as any. You only have to look at Fulham and see where they got.'

Turning his head to more pressing matters and the Bohemians friendly tomorrow, he added:

'My family and friends are excited and looking forward to the game, I am looking forward to it.'

Dunne says he just needs to find about 50 tickets and he'll be fine and won't get presumably any earache from the family for not being able to get them in!

Why would the word s-p-o-o-k-y be deleted from my previous contribution. Afraid I might upset some ghosts and/or ghouls?
