'If It's Football, It's Vital'

James Milner Has Done It This TIME

Right, now James Milner has really angered me! ;o)

Why, because he might be looking to move? No, nothing as trivial as that I'm afraid, this is down to his new sponsorship deal with a watch manufacturer called Corum timepieces.

How dare he.

Surely everyone knows Tag Heuer is the only watch of choice?!

Hey, hang on, I wonder if I mention Tag Heuer enough they'll send me a watch to add to my collection?

Did I mention I like Tag Heuer, the watch of champions and the one and only timepiece any sportsman, gentleman or non gentleman should ever want?!

Tag, sorry, Corum, have also been ... Tag ... (subliminal messages...) appointed 'official luxury watch supplier to the Professional Footballers' Association'.

Sportspromedia say: Financial terms of his deal with Corum were not disclosed but, given his current status as one of the most talked about men in English soccer, he is likely to be earning a significant sum. Ryan Giggs, for example, earns some US$300,000 per year to represent Swiss luxury watch brand CYMA in Greater China, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand.

Milner will be championing the £10 200 Corum Ti-Bridge

Meanwhile, Vital Villa will be championing Tag Heuer. Right, off to Tag's facebook page to post this and get my free watch. Happy days... I think this is how these things work!?

(Yeah, yeah, it is a very quiet news day!)

Look at this beauty though: Click Here

Might as well bore you, this is one of my beauties: forum

Right, I'll stop there...!

Plays great for just one half of one season and now Milner thinks he's the new David Beckham. He's more like the new David Bentley. Get rid MON quick while the money's on the table !
Pancho Villan
Ouch Pancho! can't blame any of them taking the commercial opportunities available! Hey, if Tag asked I'd happily take money to wear their watches :o) lol
The Fear
slow news day? ... day 2 of world cup, england playing later in the day, with the possibility of several villa players taking part, including Milner........
victort
Speak for yourself Fear , I have a Breitling which is far superior in snob value to any Tag Whore watch .
villan57
prefer the heritage of Tag + their Monaco watches are just classics. Breitling are nice but just adore my Tags!

Got Vital England for England victort, + not seen any quotes from our guys over there at the moment anyway.
The Fear
I've got the aquaracer with date not the day. Lovely watches!
Rawlie
My Tandy watch only loses 10 mins a day .. if you use a Tandy calculator in combination with it you are only late to 2 or 3 appointments a day
Doug4ever
LOL Doug4Ever... My worst watch ever was a swatch. It was nice looking (I was only about 17) but the tick was too loud and even at night if I put it in a drawer I could hear it!
Lovely jobbies aren't they Rawlie? Just adore mine, sad really, but love watches full stop!
The Fear
Mine has a lovely pic of Minnie Mouse on it, and the remaining hand tells you exactly what hour it is, 24/7. What more could a man want?
BobTheBuilder
It's a bloody watch, since when has been time been important.
mike_field
Its all about Rado guys!
AndyFC
As you well know Fear, you are supposed to be donating the watch pictured above to me as i have the Porsche to go with it! And my Omega seamaster chronograph professional is the understated watch for the descerning gentleman.....
Trekker
Duly noted Trekker (he says thinking 'if only I had a middle finger salute emoticon for front page comments!!!!)
The Fear
Milly is certainly the flavour of the month right now, and no doubt his stock will go through the ceiling if and when he makes this big money move to The City Of Manchester Stadium. Good Luck to him, in his postion I'd be on the lookout for as many sponsorship deals as I could attract my way.
glensider
I don`t wear watches, or any other attachment`s. But I do like the look of the Tag`s though.
