Majority Say Villa Need A Striker Most

PLEASE vote for me (and spread the word to mates etc!) Click Here

Our last poll, suggested by p.villa, asked:

What type of player do Villa most need this summer?

The overwhelming winner with 87% was striker.

That left 9% wanting a central midfielder (is that because people think James Milner is leaving, that Petrov isn't going to keep going or that both Nigel Hokey and Steve Sidwell will leave this summer?! All questions, no answers!)

Full back 1%
Centre back 1%
Goalkeeper 1%
Winger 1%

So our poll now asks, which striker?!?! As suggested by johnproche

Beovilla, I would love to see Heskey shipped out. He's a terrible player and was a terrible signing. I think Carew, all things considered, has had a good season, and scored alot of goals considering the games he's missed through injury, and the games he's missed through being second choice to Heskey. I cannot see us signing a better striker than Carew, and we shouldn't need to given that Gabby and Delfouneso are both players of genuine quality. If we rotated, then I could see the need for a fourth striker, but because we don't, I can only see at least one of our three current strikers (I'm not counting Heskey) being marginalised.
Albarnista
Would like to see Robbie Keane here, he can do the Merse role or play as an out and out striker. Wouldn't mind Bellamy if his knees are ok as well, he is a nasty snarling winner of a player, we need someone with a bit of attitude!
