Olof Mellberg - Gone But Not Forgotten

Olof Mellberg gone but not forgotten!

I brought the end of season award 'best beard' out of retirement to see where we all stood on this crucial issue and it seems we stand firm! lol

The options as put forward my Mystic Mug were either Carlos Cuellar or Olof 'the bearded wonder' Mellberg

You'll have to bear with me, I'm on drugs....!

79% voted 'Olof Mellberg - he isn't here but his beard lives'

21% were wrong...!

Nice try Carlos Cuellar, close but no cigar.

To be honest Mr Fear I am miffed that you did'nt include Dennis Mortimers 1981 championship winning beard .

Congratulations Olof, once again thoroughly deserved!!

The man, the legend, the beard.
olofthegreat
No competition. His beard was what Arnold Schwarzenegger was to body building!

I have to agree with SirDennis, A very limited vote, as good as the mighty Mellberg beard is, has it won the European Cup? I think not.

Typical MON, can't even get the right standard of "beard" into the squad ..... :)

The only way you'll knock Olof off the number one spot beard wise is if O'Neill signs Brian Blessed
2fishinatank
least said soonest mended on 'that' beard Jay!
The Fear
I'm depressed I wasn't brought back into the running this season. Historically I've always competed for the best beard, I harbour dreams of winning it one day.
