'Race' For 5th Still On! Man Of Match v Man City

'Race' For 5th Still On! Man Of Match v Man City

Villa Villa asked for your man of the match v Manchester City.

And who'd have thought before the game eh?

Up steps none other than Carlos Cuellar with 52% of the votes.

carlos

Next up was Stewart Downing with 20%

That left:

Friedel 9%
A. Young 4%
Carew 3%
Warnock 2%
Sub: Delfouneso 2%
Sub: Heskey 2%
Milner 2%
Dunne 1%
Collins 1%
Agbonlahor 1%
Petrov 1%

Our optimism before the game wasn't that high it seems as 56% voted 'lose' in our win/lose/draw poll. 31% were up for the win and 13% said draw.

Interestingly though, following Spurs win last night, 5th place is still up for grabs. Manchester City play West Ham away, not an easy game, ok they should with the team they have assembled win but last nights loss might have a) tired them b) smashed their spirit.

All Villa can do is win their game v Blackburn Rovers.

Our latest poll, suggested by Avfc94 asks where you think we'll end up.

We asked on 27 Apr 2010 with 22% wrong with 4th.

Most believe 6th is the end result, that got 42% of the votes and 32% said 5th. 7th .... gulp .... had 4%
