MATCH TICKET PURCHASER SALES CRITERIA

Easter Opening Hours

Good Friday - 10am to 2pm
Saturday - 9am to 5pm (Villa Village and phone sales)
Easter Sunday - Closed
Easter Monday - 10am to 2pm
Tuesday to Friday - Villa Village ticket office opens at 8.30am to personal callers and the phone lines open at 9am

Semi-final tickets will NOT be available from the City Centre Store, New Street, Birmingham.

Strictly one ticket per client reference
Maximum 6 tickets per booking in any one transaction (one per client reference)
All tickets are subject to availability at the time of booking. Supporters are encouraged to check the website for regular updates as tickets may sell out prior to Tuesday April 6, 2010
Ticket sales windows for Non-Season Card Holders will be open to at the Villa Village Ticket Office and by calling 0800 612 0970*

Any tickets sold as listed below from Tuesday April 6 will be sold to personal callers only due to postal restrictions*

Thursday April 1 (from 2pm to 6pm onwards): On sale to supporters who have attended ALL FA Cup fixtures or in the 2009-10 season or supporters who have attended ALL HOME FA Cup fixtures or supporters who have attended ALL AWAY FA Cup fixtures in the 2009-10 season.

Good Friday April 2 (10am to 2pm): On sale to supporters who have attended 12+ home and/or away games so far this season (09-10).

Saturday April 3 (9am to 12pm): On sale to supporters who have attended 10+ home and/or away games so far this season (09-10).

Saturday April 3 (12pm to 5pm): On sale to supporters who have attended 8+ home and/or away games so far this season (09-10).

Easter Sunday - CLOSED

Monday April 5 (10am to 2pm): On sale to supporters who have attended 7+ fixtures (home and/or away) in the 2009-10 season.

Tuesday April 6 (8.30am to 6pm): On sale to personal callers only from 8.30am who have attended 5+ fixtures in the 2009-10 season or non-Season Card Holders who attended the Carling Cup Final.
