A transfer rumour for you! Martin O’Neill is entering the battle to sign Wigan’s £15m-rated Hugo Rodallega. Click Here

And another:

Robbie Keane coming to Villa at last? Well according to James Nursey at The Mirror he is. The 29-year-old Spurs striker, currently on loan at Celtic, is a major target for Martin O'Neill this summer according to the report. Not the first time we've heard this but hopefully this time it comes true, I think he'd be an outstanding acquisition and would certainly get the juices flowing up front, something we are a little short of at the moment. Imagine Keano in the side this year? We'd have converted more of our draws into wins and would be sitting very pretty higher up the league. Full article: Robbie Keane Coming To Villa At Last?

Apparently there is a 7:20 in the morning, I'd not realised before! Anyway, I'll be up at that time tomorrow to appear on the Phil Upton BBC West Midlands (95.6FM).

Why I hear you cry, because of your undoubted genius, good looks (which always works well on radio) and charm?. Details: Fear On Radio WM Phil Upton Show Tomorrow AM

Thought for the day: Some bloke at a bus stop earlier hit me on the legs with a stick for no reason. Naturally, I retaliated and beat the living hell out of him. Just for good measure, I kicked his Labrador as well.

Transfer rumours seem to be starting somewhat early this year. Definitely going to be a busy summer for MON, on both the incoming and outgoing front. Good Luck to our youngsters as they prepare to take on Newcastle United in the semi-final of the F.A. youth Cup. Hopefully they'll attract a decent crowd to cheer them on in the first leg at Brummagem B6.
