Fieldy: Stephen Warnock has praised his fellow defenders after the 'never say die' attitude and performance against Stoke. Speaking on the Official Site this morning Warnock was full of praise for his colleagues as they battled admirably against Rory Delap's thunderous balls and Stoke's general aerial threat. ThorpyUK: I was just having a wonder as to why our attack has been as toothless as a pensionable bear with terminal tooth rot. If you all remember back only as far as season 2007/08, we scored a phenomenal 71 goals - an average 1.87 per game. This season to date we have scored only 37, at an average 1.37 per game. Vital Lincoln: On A Wing and a Prayer Keith At 2pm today at Lincoln Cathedral, a great wonder of the spiritual word will host the tributes to a great wonder of the footballing world as our city and nation pay homage. Keith Alexander was clearly a man who did things his way, earnestly, honestly and on limited resources.

Really appreciate and enjoy this 'Archives' feature Jonathan, I think its a great addition to the site. There's times that its good to look back and reflect, relive what was going on at a particular time, and it allows you the opportunity to re-evaluate your thoughts and line of thinking about a specific individual or topic.

Looking forward to 3 points against Wigan .. Martin says he will rotate ..that probably means he will walk out to the pitch and spin round in circles .. lets hope he can find a balance between resting players and getting a good result .. seriously hoping so

I'm with you Doug4ever. A fresh face in the line up this evening, maybe Marc Albrighton or Nathan, might just provide that little extra impetus. He doesn't have to make wholesale changes, far from it, but a fresh spark might just be the spur we need. We really do need the win.
