Wembley FA Cup Semi Final Ticket Details

Ok, the details have been released for the semi final clash at Wembley against Chelsea.

The advice I have been given is if you can get down to the ticket office, it is a massive help to the process.

Can I also point out that whether you like the allocation or not, whether you feel you have had to wait too long or you have got bored queuing on the phone, you are dealing with good, honest and hard working people at the ticket office who don't deserve red and angry faces shouting abuse at them. Condescending thing to say but the Club have tried to be as fair as they can with the allocation and can only work on the number of tickets they are given. There will always be some cut off and unable to attend, it is a shame but that is the fault of Wembley and whoever decides to give the prawn sandwich brigade a ridiculously high amount of tickets.

Like the fact those season ticket holders who have attended all FA Cup games get first dibs, think that is right. And second up the home attendees.

Tend to agree fear, but (and this may sound selfish) what about people like me that work shifts and struggle to get to midweek games like the Palace replay. I have already had to arrange days off as holiday for LC semis, Arse and Manx. While thats the price you have to pay for supporting a 'successful' team its annoying when missing one game holds you back! having said that, Well done Villa. this is the fairest i have seen the distribution done. Its a pity the FA didnt listen to the supporters and build a decent ground, with a bigger capacity, in a decent area!!

I have the feeling that getting tickets will not be a problem. I presume the allocation will be as big, if not bigger than for the LC Final. Every season ticket holder will get a ticket and I would guess that as long as you have been to a couple of games this season, you will be OK.

the allocation is 31.5k so surely that means that all season ticket holders will get a ticket doesnt it......................the problem will be the final. do the new 5 match tickets count as a season ticket?

allocation is as above voice, 31 837.

Agree McGrathisgod, it is tough on those who can't attend, can't argue with that but obviously there has to be a cut off point. I don't mind losing out on tickets as long as I know those ahead of me have been to more games, just seems fair. I would think a fair few might not want to go to the semi but I would also think that the FA Cup final should we get there/when we get there (!?) will have those who have done the semi favoured over those not attending? Don't know, just makes sense?

Loyalty points, is this not the best way to go about allocating Cup final tickets, surely someone who has had a season ticket for 10+ years, should have a priority over some one who has has s/tik for 1 year, regardless of how many Fa Cup games they have been too this year, ive seen is get knocked out every year for the last 15 surely that must hold a prority over some one who paid 10 to watch us play brighton !!!!!

As a season card holder i'm not worried about not getting a ticket, but i noticed they've also given priority to people who've been to all away games (all 2 of them). the only round i missed was the 5th round which is the only round we had a replay. so straight away i'm out of the priority window despite going to more games in this year's fa cup than somebody who's gone to just palace and reading. i know it's difficult to please everyone but sometimes it doesn't add up. anyway, mini rant over, "we're on the march with artin's army........"

Artin O'Neill, Arton O'Neill....!

Think they are right, season ticket holders who have been to all FA Cup games should get first shout. I've missed the two away and so that is my fault. Quite like the fact that they have recognised the season ticket holders who have attended the FA Cup as well, might get a few more down to the Cup games next season maybe as plenty I know stayed away (not talking about those who can't afford it) as they weren't bothered 'we weren't going to win anyway' sort of thing.

I buy a pie, a hot dog, a cheese burger, chips and curry sauce, 3 packets of crisps, a hot chocolate and 5 beers at every home game. Can I have priority?
Why do they always give priority to those that turn up to games, Damn unfair, bet I spend more on food than most spend on tickets!
Yeah OK only joking but the point is, they have got to do something, and those that loose out will always feel agreived. No issue on this one though cos it sounds pretty fair and you can't cater for the exception to the rule.

think that is wrong pauled177, the FA Cup final will be a nightmare for the club and fans as the disgrace that is Wembley + the FA bods give an awful allocation to both sets of fans. Think there will be tears before bedtime if we get there and we'll all have to remember this isn't the clubs fault. I am sure they will do the best they can but it will have to, I would assume, go to season ticket holders with the most away games first.

Regardless of whatever order they sell the tickets, there will be enough for all the season ticket holders to get one. There is no point in prioritising for people who went to all the cup games first. They can't give you a definite row and seat number anyway and it's only which block etc.
