Lawro And Mystic Mug Say Villa Win

Lawro And Mystic Mug Say Villa Win

Lawro has predicted a nice close 2-1 win for Villa in the FA Cup v Reading.

The BBC pundit said:

'Villa's reaction to their defeat in the Carling Cup final will be interesting - having had a taste of Wembley, I'm sure they'll want to go there again.

Reading are the Championship team in the Cup this year, with great wins over Liverpool and Burnley, and their league form has picked up too, but I think Villa will have too much for them, especially on the counter-attack.'

Mystic Mug says beware an injured Lion and predicts a nice comfortable 3-1 win.

Must admit, I think the loss last weekend might well have galvanised our players, they'll not want to feel that again. Be very interesting to see just how they do bounce back.

Must be honest, i'm fearfull of a 1-1 draw, with our goal coming from a set peice, then us winning the replay at Villa Park 3-1.

Hope i'm wrong and i'll settle for a scrappy 1-0 with Milner scoring :)
