James Milner Will Play Anywhere For 3 Lions
James Milner has basically issued a 'give me a shirt and I will play' statement, which kind of sums up the Aston Villa man really, right?
He is a 'proper' footballer!
With Wayne Bridge 'unavailable' Milner knows that this is a setback but knows that it is now time for us to 'move on' and if that means he plays at left back, so be it: 'I've had 15 minutes experience at left-back but that was for England. If I'm asked to play there I'll do the best job I can.
'I obviously think my best positions are more attacking - centre midfield or wide either side - but if I am asked to play there I will do the job to the best of my ability and hopefully that is good enough.
'I am just happy to be with the England squad wherever that means I am playing.

Properly rate James Milner, very much technically gifted, great eye for a pass, and can play a variety of positions. Also he is a model professional and has a good work ethic. Get him in the squad.

he is gunnerman, totally agree, doesn't drink etc, just focuses on his game and career. Top player who will only get better.
