Villa v Palace NOT Televised

Nice brief one this!

Villa v Crystal Palace, 5th round FA Cup replay, has NOT been selected for TV so hey, if you can... how about coming down to Villa Park?!

The prices are very keenly priced which is a massive bonus.

Full ticket details: Villa v Palace - GREAT Prices, Thanks Villa

Also, amusing interview with MON and Warnock the day after the game when Warnock had calmed down! Full link: Click Here

At the prices being offered to the Villa Park faithful, I dont think that the fact that the armchair followers aren't being catered for on this occasion, should give anyone cause for complaint. Sympathise with your predicament Tr1dent, and no doubt you get yourself down to Villa Park at every possible opportunity, but now you find yourself presented with a very good reason to subscribe to VillaWorld, if indeed you aren't already a valued subscriber, where you'll be able to kick back, take five, relax and enjoy excellent live coverage of the replay thanks to Jack Woodward and co. See, every cloud has a silver lining. As one door closes, another always opens.

I don't get this petty point-scoring attitude that some people have towards fellow fans. I understand the frustration when you get people who could make every match but choose not to, but that doesn't apply to every fan. Personally, I grew up in Brum, and didn't miss a home match between the ages of 8 and 18, when I moved down to London to go to uni. I've since left uni and started working in London, but I've still got a season ticket - I go to every home game at weekends despite the expense and hassle, and spend hundreds of pounds a year on food, drink and merchandise at the games. But I can't make midweek games, because by the time I've finished work, travelled up to Brum and got to the ground it'd be half time, and I'd have to leave straight away in order to get the last train home! So does that make me less of a fan because I rely on watching the telly for midweek games? Of course it doesn't, and I find the attitude that it does to be insulting and pointless - we're all Villa fans together, we all do what we can to support the club, and we're all going to Wembley!
