Villa Man Of The Match v Spurs

Vital Villa asked for your Man Of The Match v Spurs

Could only really have been between defenders and goalie couldn't it?!

Step forward - again - Richard Dunne who got 45%

Dunne

Bit harsh that on Brad Friedel who came second with 37% but made several match saving stops?!

Friedel pointing

The Rest:

Heskey 4% (bit of a protest vote that then!?)
Downing 2%
Cuellar 2%
L. Young 2%
Petrov 2%
Milner 1%
A. Young 1%
Collins 1%
Agbonlahor 1%
Sub: Carew 1%
Sub: Sidwell 1%

Our latest poll asks win/lose/draw v Manchester United.

Was definitely NOT a Dunne fan myself when he signed. Am I now?
StuLinney
... No. Has put in a few decent performances though I'll admit.

What on earth was mark hughes thinking when he sold the guy for a measly £6m?? Gotta now be worth double that value surely, and still only 29/30 years old! Awesome signing.

Ericols-son - good comment, calls into question how you value players. Collins is another example of the same issue. Clearly value can only be in the mind of the buyer. Maybe we should remember both of these deals next Summer as the clamour mounts for an expensive forward.
