Villa To Finish Same As Last Year?

Villa To Finish Same As Last Year?

Blimey we are finding it difficult to keep you entertained with articles, so little news about at the moment! Maybe I should make up a link or two?!

Talking of links... were we?.... our last poll is slightly related.. see, I'm stretching a wee bit here!

We asked:

Where will Villa finish without buying in January:

44% voted that we'd finish the same as last season 6th.

25% believe that the top four is still within reach and 15% were most pessemistic predicting a capitulation meaning we finish below 6th.

That left 14% predicted we'd finish one better than last season in 5th.

Oh and 2% had no idea... thanks for that input folks! :o)

Would 6th and some silverware be enough to satisfy you? If we brought home the cup, finished in a European qualifying space again it would be an improvement on the season before but would that improvement be enough for the investment put in?

I'd be happy with a Cup and 6th for sure...a Cup and 7th even. Who's ever going to remember teams that finish 5th or 6th??? So weird that finishing 4th has become like winning the legue. Silverware please.
