Where Will Villa Finish Without New Signings?

Where Will Villa Finish Without New Signings?

Ok, with the lack of a game and so no man of the match, I thought I'd ask a quick update on where you think we'll finish this season, especially following the news that it appears there will be no further signings for the rest of this season. (See: No January Transfers Expected SHOCKER!? )

Last time we asked was:

Where will Villa finish the season?

Poll Date: 07 Dec 2009
Suggested By: Lee Lindsay

5th place in Europa League 38%
Champions League position 1-4 29%
6th again 24%
7-10th 9%
10-14th 0%
Gulp, 15th or below 0%

And before that was just before the season kicked off which if you remember was before we got the defence sorted and brought in Richard Dunne from Manchester City and James Collins from West Ham:

As things stand, where will we finish next season?

Poll Date: 11 Aug 2009
Suggested By: JP Fear

7th-10th...bad 38%
6th 21%
5th 16%
4th...yay! 12%
1st 2nd or 3rd 10%
18th-20th...disaster 2%
11th-17th...gulp 1%

Our win/lose/draw poll v Wigan had confidence high before their under soil heating packed up and the game was called off by the way, the results were: Win 49% Thrash them for revenge 24% Draw 19% Lose 8%

We are 6th at the moment and I think that will be as good as it gets , it is more likely we'll be 7th behind Liverpool than 4th above the rest . We simply don't have the fire power now. Never mind if Gabby picks up a knock. I hope we make top 4 of course I do but I just don't see it if I'm honest,

To be honest oxfordspur we don't care that you don't care. Why even bother commenting on a Villa site that you, a Spurs fan don't care about Aston Villa. Of course you don't care. Why should you?
