What Do We Need Most In Transfer Window?

Vital Villa asked for your man of the match votes for the home game against Liverpool.

Nigel Hokey-Cokey won with 40% followed by a mystifyingly 18% for Steve Sidwell. Some sort of protest vote for the latter maybe as he came on latish as a sub. Not sure what the point being made as mind you.

The rest:

Friedel 12%
Dunne 8%
Agbonlahor 6%
Albrighton 3%
Milner 3%
Carew 3%
L. Young 2%
Cuellar 2%
Warnock 1%
Downing 1%
Petrov 1%

Only 12% predicted a loss, 25% a draw and 63% a win.

Our latest poll asks what we need most in the transfer window

Fear. I think you'll find the votes for Sid werent from villa fans, think it was our shandy drinking southern friends, they seem to spend more time on our site than there own.

The thing we need most is a manager who knows how to operate in the transfer window and is not afraid of a big name player IF (and it's a big if) we have the need, funds and possibility of signing one.
