MotM v Arse But Where Was The Beard?!

Vital Villa asked in a poll suggested by Fieldy aka Oops, Oh Well Can't Win Them All for your man of the match v Arsenal.

Carlos Cuellar won with 32% following a couple of goal line clearances.

carlos

Personally I think it was his fault we lost, we were doing fine until he shaved his beard off and he was so close to me resurrecting the end of season award 'best beard in the team award (so Olof wins something whilst at Villa)' Darn it!

Next up quite bafflingly was Brad Friedel. Sorry his position was off for the 1st and he wasn't best set for the 3rd either!

Then:

Dunne 14%
Warnock 12%
Heskey 10%
L. Young 4%
Agbonlahor 3%
Milner 3%
Petrov 3%
Delph 2%
Downing 2%
Carew 0%
A. Young 0%

Surprised Heskey didn't get more votes, he played well and did get back to help out in defence as well. Carew and Young at 0% is right though, Carew is so frustrating but yesterday it was a no show from him and we can't have passengers in games like that. Wish he'd wake up to the fact that he is a world class striker!

Just 15% got it right with our win, lose, draw poll. 55% had said a win and 30% a draw.

We also asked earlier in the week: Would you sell Heskey in January?

Under no circumstances no 53%
Only if replaced with Robbie Keane 29%
Only if replaced with Carlton Cole 7%
Yes, replacement or not 5%
Yes and give Fonz a chance 3%
Unsure 3%

Heskey Back Of Shirt

So there you have it!

Our latest is the win, lose, draw v Liverpool poll.
