Heskey Injury Just Short Term

Good news for Emile Heskey after Martin O'Neill told the official site that the Villa and England striker should get over his groin injury in time to play a part in the Christmas fixture list.

He said that the scan shows 'a little bit of something' but that the player is feeling better and the injury should be short term.

'He may be available for one of the two games. That in itself is half decent news but suggestions that he might be out for five or six weeks, which was kind of worrying when he came off, I think I'd be confident enough to say that is not the case.'

Heskey Back Of Shirt

Seems to be the story of Heskey's career, every time he starts to play well he picks up an injury, so lets hope this is short term and he can come back and remain in scoring form for us.

I see! A short term injury until the next one comes along, a sort of interim injury then!

Good news. Just as he was stringing some performances together this was the last thing he needed. We need him and Carew fighting each other for the other starting position.

Defo Jay, if these 2 could stay fit & on top form & push each other, I really think it can be the difference to where we finish this season....Gabby lookin good at the min & defensively we'll take care of ourselves, up front is where we could struggle with an injury, drop in form etc...

just about to say the same Instrumental, link to Liverpool again. Don't think we'll be selling anyone in January apart from fringe players who won't get a look in anyway.
