Villa Aren't Downing - They Have No Fear
Yes they've finally booted JF from the dressing room and now everyone is happy.
Speaking to SSN Stewart Downing explained how bad an influence our very own JF was before games...no sorry that was just a really weird dream I had last season.
Downing has said that with how Villa are playing they fear nobody anymore having already seen off Chelsea, Man U and Liverpool this season.
If anything the established Top 4 should be looking at us and panicking.
'Confidence is flying at the moment and we have proved we can do well against the big teams, we are not fearing anyone.'
Downing also adds that he's been very pleased with his own form since returning from injury, and that although he has some way to go before you could consider him fully match fit, he's not getting his second wind and he feels he's getting stronger each and every week.
'There is a lot of competition for places now so no-one takes anything for granted.'
So it's probably a good job he is really.

Rightly so. We're finally starting to show the form that all od ts know we are capable of. But Villan444 is spot on. We have to show strength in character when we lose.

Downing gonna be a very good signing...versatile, 2 good feet, skillful. young & hungry...early days after being out injured, but with more time & games will get fitter & will see why mart capello etc rate him...hardly ever gives the ball away.....
