Randy Lerner's Love Of Villa Still As Strong

Randy Lerner's Love Of Villa Still As Strong

Martin O'Neill has spoke to the Daily Mirror about our very own Randy Lerner and says despite the fact he has struggled to get to so many games this season due to the problems at the Cleveland Browns, the man at the top is still 100% committed to Villa.

The Villa manager says that despite Randy not being at all the games, he has seen them all at home.

'I don't really have any conversations with him about the Cleveland Browns as I have enough concerns of my own here. But I don't think he has lost any ambition here because of it.'

Adding, 'He is committed to making Villa better, improving the stadium at Villa Park - and those are things he wants to do here at the football club.'

I was speaking to someone close to Randy this week who backed this up 100%, frustrating though it has been for him not being able to get over he is very secure in knowing he has the right team of people at Villa Park running the club and is just as dedicated to the club now as he was the day he rolled into town.

He didn't literally roll into town you understand, that would have just been silly and very damaging for his suit I would think.

I should think so as well else that tattoo would become slightly embarrasing.
