Commemorative Bolton Shirts Up For Auction

Commemorative Bolton Shirts Up For Auction

The 14 shirts used by the Villa team in last weekend's 5-1 thumping of Bolton are all up for sale in an effort to raise additional funds for Acorns and Help for Heroes.

The announcement on the official site tonight confirms that the shirts, including those worn by the substitutes, with the commemorative poppy sown on have all been signed by the squad and are being auctioned off on Ebay.

The Shirts featured in the auction, are obviously those of:

Friedel, L. Young, Dunne, Cuellar, Warnock, Milner, Sidwell, Reo-Coker, A. Young, Carew, Agbonlahor, Gardner, Delfouneso and Delph.

The 14 shirts will come with an Official AVFC certificate of Authenticity.

Nice touch by the club but they should be supporting The Royal British Legion.

Lovely gesture but to make the most possible money they may have to dismantle the Reo-Coker shirt and sell it as cloth...

meakers.....that would seem a bit cheeky then. Surely they should be advertised with the correct description. Still, all for a good cause though I do agree that the Legion should see some dosh.
