Three Villans In England Squad - Gabby Misses Out

Three Villans In England Squad - Gabby Misses Out

Great news for Stephen Warnock, his great form for Villa since moving from Blackburn Rovers this summer has earnt him a place in the England squad to add to his one cap for the rubbish and stupidly timed friendly in Qatar this Saturday.

James Milner and Ashley Young have also been named in the squad.

No Gabby? Surprised at that, thought he'd done more than enough this season to be in with a shout?

Emile Heskey missed out due to injury.

Squad:

Ben Foster, Robert Green, Joe Hart.
Wayne Bridge, Wes Brown, Gary Cahill, Glen Johnson, Joleon Lescott, John Terry, Matthew Upson, Stephen Warnock.
Gareth Barry, David Beckham, Michael Carrick, Tom Huddlestone, Jermaine Jenas, Frank Lampard, James Milner, Shaun Wright-Phillips, Ashley Young.
Darren Bent, Peter Crouch, Jermain Defoe, Wayne Rooney.

such a stop start season with these friendy games and qualification games, shame, we could have done with getting straight back into another game after the great win this weekend.
