Villa v Cardiff City - IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Aston Villa v Cardiff City – Important information

Paper tickets have been issued to ALL supporters for Wednesday night’s game versus Cardiff City.

No season cards have been activated for this game and access to the stadium is by paper ticket only.

Season Card Holders who normally sit in the North Stand Upper will not be able to sit in their usual seat as Cardiff City FC have exercised the right to an increased allocation under competition rules and this area has been used to accommodate Cardiff City FC’s allocation requirements. North Stand Upper Season Card Holders who have not yet purchased for this fixture can still purchase a seat in an alternative area of the ground but are advised to do so in person wherever possible.

All tickets which have been purchased AFTER 3pm on Friday 18th September WILL NOT be posted to you due to postal disruptions. Tickets will be available for collection from the Aston Villa Ticket Office until 2 hours before kick-off and from the Holte End Collection Points from 6:00pm onwards on match night.

Wherever possible, supporters should purchase AND collect their tickets at the earliest opportunity and prior to match day to avoid congestion around Villa Park before the game kicks off. The Club is anticipating extremely high demand for tickets on match day and would advise supporters to avoid missing kick-off on Wednesday evening by buying or collecting tickets in advance.

CUP SCHEME MEMBERS – Cup Scheme members are requested to check their Account History Online/via the Call Centre to ensure that their payment has been successful and to that they are not turned away at point-of-entry on match night. You have been issued with a paper ticket for this game and must bring this to gain access on Wednesday evening. Please login to https://www.avfcsales.co.uk/AVFC and visit “My Account” to check that you were successfully charged. Cup Scheme charges were run on Thursday 3rd September. If your Cup Scheme payment failed and you still intend to attend this Carling Cup 3rd Round, please call the Ticket Office on 0800 612 0970 or visit in person with an alternative payment.

If for any reason you have not received your paper ticket please contact us on 0800 612 0970 as soon as possible.
