Boum Boum's Back In Training
Martin O'Neill has revealed that after his last breakdown, Wilfred the Fredster Bouma is back in training with the lads again now.
Speaking on the official site O'Neill said he was back in light training and that Freddy's spirits were high, although he's still a fair way off the first team.
'It was encouraging to see Wilfred out there with the rest of the lads.
'He is progressing although there is no definite timeframe. He still needs a wee bit of time but he's getting there. It's steady progress. Hopefully he can push on now.'
After the previous breakdowns he's suffered by trying to do too much to quick hopefully everyone will take it a little slower this time round and not rush him back into reserve appearances too quick.
