Villa v Rapid Vienna - Villa Park Or TV?

Might as well put the ticket promo up for the crunch European game next Thursday night!

With us being 1 down at least there is some meaning and excitement attached to the game so despite it being on Channel 5 as well, I'd think we'll get a decent crowd down at Villa Park to cheer the lads on? (Or some to boo... so it seems these days!!!)

The game is on Thursday Aug 27 with an 8pm kick off.

Ticket price info: www.avfc.co.uk
Buy Online: www.avfcsales.co.uk

The club also have some hospitality deals available. Call the hospitality sales team on 0800 612 0960 (option 1) for more details.

So who is going and who is staying at home to watch it on tv?

Our latest poll asks that very question (I've just this minute decided!)

Ticket promo just released:

Rapid Reward – Free Ticket Incentive
Villa are offering fans the perfect incentive to roar them on to victory against Rapid Vienna - the chance to attend a Europa League group game for free.

Martin O'Neill's men still have a great chance of booking a spot in the next round of the competition, with the prospect of some exciting games against the likes of Roma, Lazio, Ajax and Benfica.

The team need your support as they aim to overturn the 1-0 deficit in Thursday's second leg at Villa Park.

All supporters who purchase or have already purchased tickets for the game can attend one of the three home group stage games free of charge, should we qualify.

Those buying tickets on the day of the game should retain their stubs to confirm their purchase.

Call 0800 612 0970 or visit www.avfc.co.uk for more details.

The Club are offering free entry to one of the group games if we qualify for all people who have a ticket for the home game v Rapid. That shows some commitment to the fans after Moscow.

andy5759, that would be the positive way to look at the offer, the negative one would be that the club think we have such a good chance of being knocked out that they at least one one full house before our exit! So they wave the free carrot in the group stage to lure anyone in!
