Rapid Tickets Available

Rapid Tickets Available

For those who take European competition more seriously than Monny, tickets are now available for our home clash with Rapid Vienna.

Rapid tickets obviously refers to the opposition, not that they will be selling fast - I thought I'd better clarify that.

You can turn up at Villa Park (more than the team and management managed today), make a telephone call or book online...depends on what you fancy really when it comes to securing the tickets.

Members of the Cup Scheme will have already been charged for the clash and season tickets will have been activated.

The match takes place on August 27 and kicks off at 8pm.

Please however bear in mind that Monny has said we looked tired after todays clash, so there's a good 50/50 chance fans will be paying money to watch Doris the Tea Lady turn out with the reserves.

Great, I can't wait to see the youth team, NRC and Guzan play again.

I know this is going over old ground again, but I think alot of people might show a reaction to last seasons "We don't want silverware, only Champions League money" attitude and vote with their feet. Will there be many more than 20-25,000 there?

I would imagine there are a few more season tickets available after yesterday, although I should obviously I should really keep quiet until after this afternoon ;-)
