Acorns Night At Villa

Match ticket to see Villa beat the blues 5-1 £30,

Signing the one of the best wingers in the league, £9 million,

Seeing your club support a local children’s hospice priceless.

In 2008 Aston Villa Football Club became the first major football club in England to support a charity on their shirts. Aston Villa waived a multi million pound deal to support Acorns Children’s Hospice.

A charity which supports life limited children in the midlands. Since then Villa fans across England have pledged their support to the charity. I am one of them, in April this year I became a registered volunteer at Acorns and then decided to organise my own charity event.

The past few months have been really hard and I now understand how much work goes into just one event.

My event is at Villa Park in the McGregor Suite on Friday 4th December 2009 from 7pm until 12pm. The tickets to the event are £35 which i think is a good prize considering their is a three course meal followed by coffee, a live band and disco, a silent auction with prizes ranging from hotel breaks to sporting memorabilia, a pre dinner game with the chance to win a hand signed framed huge picture of Sir Geoff Hurst as well as many other great gifts.

All the events profits all go directly to Acorns and their new appeal, 'The Fragile Lives Appeal'.

If you would like a ticket or think you can help in anyway then please e-mail me at adamfarrell@hotmail.com.

Thanks
