Habib Bebe told the official site following his move: 'I think Villa is a great football club. I was really happy when my agent told me Villa were interested. I just said 'get it done.' I wanted to sign for this club. It's going to be great working for Martin O'Neill because Villa have a great team. I am so proud now to play here.' He also says it was crucial for him to keep his career on track in the Premiership, admitting the problems at Newcastle were what forced him out and adding 'I think joining Villa is a great step for me.'

We asked yesterday: How Many MORE Players Will Villa Sign? 47% believe another 3-4 will come in following the arrival of Stewart Downing and Fabian Delph. 25% predicted just two and an even more miserable 9% said just 1. 2% were suicidal in their assessment saying no more players... ! That left 12% voting 4-5 and 5% sure another 6 or more would arrive. It has also left me wondering whether I should get out more!
