*Transfer Action* Villa Agree Delph Fee With Leeds

Sky Sports News are reporting that Aston Villa and Leeds have agreed a fee for 19-year-old midfielder Fabian Delph.

That doesn't automatically mean we'll get his signature, other clubs (Everton and Spurs have also been linked) could also meet that fee BUT it does mean we'll now be able to talk terms with the player and hopefully that will lead to our second signing of the summer following Stewart Downing's arrival from Middlesbrough.

More when we get it.

If he was to pick Citeh he'd be well daft, unless they are offering him absolutely ridiculous money I think he'll pick us anyway - more games next season, smaller squad = more opportunities. Us or Everton would be a good move for the lad, Spuds or Citeh would be the wrong move for him IMO (but then I thought that about Kyle Naughton, so...!)
