Two Pre-season Friendlies Announced

Villa have arranged two pre-season friendly warm up matches for the summer.

Villa face:

Peterborough at London Road on Saturday July 18. Kick-off is at 3pm.

Colchester at the Weston Homes Community Stadium on Tuesday 21st July. Kick-off 7.45pm.

It doesn't seem a mere five minutes since we were driving back from Sincil Bank last July after getting soundly walloped 3-1, now here we are talking about next summers pre-season friendlies.

At least when we go to London Road to play 'The Posh', it will give us the opportunity to finally beat a team managed by Ferguson. We'll forget though that its son Darren, and not Sir himself.
