I've decided to not renew. This season I paid in August, September & October by 3 0% installments but I can't afford to start paying again before the end of the SAME season and before the summer holidays. No pay rise for 4 years and a pay reduction this year. So I've decided that an upgrade to SKY HD is a better investment - a year off the Villa (other than selected games) is not the end of the world and if we qualify for the Champions League I can watch it on SKY HD! If they had offered me the opportunity to pay in 6 installments I would have probably taken up the offer as it would have been affordable.

difficult times money wise for many, hopefully this helps at least some. Would be good to see a 0% offer later in the summer for the people still struggling who haven't been able to take the offer up now.

Surely the "limited number" must have been taken up by now!? My best mate and I won't be renewing next season - we certainly couldn't afford to start paying for it already - mainly due to finances. It doesn't seem worth the money at the moment, when we could spend it on something more enjoyable. This has been one of the most disappointing home seasons for a long, long time. I'm also thinking about selling the remainder f my season ticket (Holte Lower L2) if any one is interested? I might go to some away matches next year with the money saved.
