Right, back to positive talk!
Tickets are still available for the weekend's crunch game against Stoke City at Villa Park.
Curtis Davies now wants to see Villa get back to winning ways and push for a top four spot in the League.
He told the official site:
'Our priority now is the Barclays Premier League and we have to push on now for that top four spot. Our home form hasn't been as good as our away form this season. We need to pick that up - definitely starting against Stoke.'
He says the game - have I mentioned tickets are available for it ! - is now 'massive'.
Adding, 'People will talk about revenge but that genuinely doesn't interest us at all. At this stage of the season - with us pushing really hard in the league - it's all about the three points. That is so, so important. We're six points ahead of Arsenal and we need to keep that gap as much as possible.'
He also says to expect more 'twists and turns' before the season ends warning that Villa have to keep an eye on both Everton and Arsenal below us.
Tickets for Villa v Stoke are now on sale. With Villa needing to get revenge for our early season loss against the Potters, lets hope for a big crowd to cheer the lads back to their winning ways.
