Can I be outrageous and throw my weight behind Glensider? His away-day reports offer an eclectic mix of background, purple prose and the actual subject matter at hand. They are written to the standard of a decent sports writer, but with the combined element of being clearly from a fan. Since professional journalists (if we, for one moment, assume sports hacks are actually bona fide journalists!) can't combine those two, for obvious reasons, the fanzines and sites like this have to fill the void. I believe Glensider encapsulates that wonderfully.

No apology needed TuBBz, my main target is retaining the editor award although I doubt I'll win it twice in a row! + would be lovely to see the site progress in the voting obviously!

Genius, pure, and dare I say quality! Jonathan comes across as being an unbiased editor on a very biased and loyal site. Basically, he keeps it real and objective. JF you have my vote for editor and good luck in trying to retain your success. You and the others on this site keep me in touch with my passion that is Villa!
