Man of the Match v Sunderland

Man of the Match v Sunderland

Vital Villa asked for your man of the match vote for Villa v Sunderland.

James Milner, quite rightly in my ever so humble opinion, ran away with the vote with 71%. That lad is going to be a star for Villa for many years to come, even when he is playing badly he wants the ball and works hard throughout. I've never seen the midfielder go missing in a game and expect him to just get better and better!

Next up was Gareth Barry with 11% and Brad Friedel with 6%.

That left:

Petrov (4%)
A. Young (3%)
Reo-Coker (2%)
L. Young (1%)
Agbonlahor (1%)
Gardner (1%)
Sidwell (0%)
Davies (0%)
Cuellar (0%)

Our latest poll, suggested by Villan444, asks

Which player bought in the summer has proved SO FAR to be of most value/benefit to the team????

I've no doubt that Sid will come good, so any chance we don't all get on his back like we did with Stan? That way it might happen sooner rather than later. Positive stroking ...

I hope the ginger ninja gets himself sorted out before the season is over-we know what he can do, lets have it Steve. Milner was excellent vs. Sunderland, definitely MOTM.
