Villa Catering Opinions Wanted
Dear Supporter
Concourse catering was a hot topic during the recent Supporter Consultation Group meeting. The answers to this survey will help us understand how we can improve our service to you.
Consultation with supporters is at the heart of the boards vision, so please take the time to make your voice heard.
As an added incentive, all fans who take part will have their names entered in to a draw to win one of 3 new Nike home shirts. The survey will close on Tuesday 10 July and winners will be informed by e-mail on Thursday 12 July.

Why don't we do it in-house....i'd look forward to stuffing my face with a 'GOD Burger' with "Exquisite Merson Chips" or some 'Tony Morley Wonder Wings'. Wonder if the club would also consider selling some Dalian Atkinson cigarrettes?? hehe

More staff. more staff. Some nice looking girlies selling cans of pop and crispis walking along the stands/aisles/catering concourse.

As long as I can get a decent pint, reasonably quickly at half time, then I am happy. I do not go to VP for the burgers (other than Partick), chips or hot drinks. When you are trying to serve 40,000 people, mostly at half time, Egon Ronay food is never going to happen. It always surprises me that people can not go a couple of hours without something to eat. Mind you some people will say why can't I go a couple of hours without a pint? As for selling in the aisles, if some girl selling Mars bars gets in my way as Carew puts one in the top corner there will be Mars Bars everywhere. There will be a few wet people if she is selling any drinks.

Don't be silly VOTH. I mean about 20 servers per aisle waiting to be approached for cans o pop and the like at half time. I know what you're saying though. Some well placed vending machines..?

You are allowed to take unopened food and drink into the game. Why not just take your own? You can get burger and chips at vendors outside the groud. Both solutions are less hassle and cheaper?

Good to see that the club are looking into this problem (?), well it obviously is a problem and concern for some. Voiceoftheholte makes some very valid observations, observations I tend to fully agree with. Service certainly needs to be improved, that's my only real beef. Booths are often understaffed, and the club are no doubt losing the cash of frustrated punters who give up the ghost after failing to be served in a reasonable amount of time.
