Villa Kick Off v Liverpool

Villa Kick Off v Liverpool

The 2007/2008 fixtures have this morning been released and Villa are at home for their first game and face Liverpool. The season kicks off on Saturday 11th August.

You can view our full fixture list at: Sky Fixtures - Click Here We unfortunately can't show them on this site without paying a hefty license fee, something I must admit I will never understand as these are the fixtures (adverts in my opinion) to the games that we all pay our hard earnt money to go and watch. Hey ho.

Our home game against Manchester Unitedtakes place on October 20th and then we face Small Heath in the first of the two local derbies away on November 10th and home on April 19th. Villa will play the newly promoted Derby at home in November and away in April.

Boxing day see's us away at Stamford Bridge and News Year Day at home v Spurs.

Once again our last game of the season is away (Hammers). Our last home game of the season is against Wigan.

All games will obviously be subject to change for telivision.

Bring it on!

I like the split of games this year, not so tough over Xmas and not a bad run in either.

Might feel happier if I knew who would be lining up for us! Agree that the fixture list looks a lot friendlier than last year, though it seems we may start off low-ish in the table and rise towards the end of the season.
