New Aston Villa Crest: Here Tomorrow

Just a quick note to point out that as soon as the new official club badge/crest/logo/whateveryoucallit is released by the club tomorrow, Vital Villa will be releasing the breaking news.

After a fans consultation, the start of the re-branding of the club as a whole has been shown to club staff, with everyone else finding out what is going on 9AM Wednesday.

There are unconfirmed/confirmed/unconfirmed reports that the new badge/crest/etc. will be on the scarves offered to every fan at the game against Sheffield United this weekend.

Stay Tuned!

I've had my orders from JP Fear to be up for 9am to release the information so don't you worry I will be here. If anyone wants to PM The Fear and suggest that there should be some kind of reward for me covering for him whilst he swans around London then please do!

Just seen it - its ok but looks a bit retro! Would have rather seen more claret and less blue - perhaps reversed?? Having the star is the main thing though!!!
