Villa - 'Gis a job'

agentprovocateur submitted:

There is a full page article in todays Metro with loads of Villa jobs in various roles from in house lawyer to stadium manager.

It got me thinking, just makes you realsie that perhaps Herbert wasnt quite the businessman he made out to be!

More evidence that this club is looking to compete on and off the field and how positive a sight it is to see they have taken their time to fully asses what was already at the club and what is now needed to take us forward
.

They did offer me a job but I must admit, I really didn't like where they expected me to stick the broom handle. :-( Life as JP can be very tough!

I think we should have cheerleaders and I would be happy to manage them all and get them all into shape and give them spanks if they get out of line

After all the cut backs, its good to see that the new regime are striking out, seemingly determined to get qualified people into key positions. Get all the management/marketing positions filled by top notch folk, and we wont be going far wrong. At times its great to see the fresh faced 16 year old whose supported the club since he was two, join the ranks as a tea-boy and progress up to the role of director over a period of time, but not at the club I support please. Fully qualified people with experience and expertise coming in, thats what we have desperately needed over several years of stagnation.

Nothing on the Security front though.

Thank you JF for such interesting posts. It is good therapy having watched the villa being able to post an opinion to your thoughtfull and humorous anecdotes. Is there a job for pole dance manager?
