Favourite PL Villa Game Poll Results

Vital Villa asked, in a poll suggested by Aspinall, what is your favourite Premiership win ever?

No real shock I guess, 73% voted for the Villa 3-1 Blues game. A further 3% voted for the Blues 0-1 Villa.

13% voted the 4-2 win over Liverpool in the 92/93 season.

6% voted Villa 7-1 Wimbledon in 94/95 season.

Leaving 5% voting for the Villa 1-0 Manchester United game in the 92/93 season.

Our latest poll asks if Villa should sell Steven Davis if the rumour of a summer bid from Reading is true?

I think my favourite premiership game to date has to be the 3-2 win at Hillsborough against Sheffield Wenesday, Big Rons first game at the helm. The seasons opening day, great atmosphere, several new faces wearing the claret and blue, 2-0 down and coming back strong to win 3-2. It was the game that told us that the Big Ron era had arrived, and that excitement and entertaining football would be the name of the game. Overall I dont think we were disappointed during his time at the club.

Ron`s 1st game against Wedneday was the old 1st division, should have stuck the 3-1 Villa/Man.Utd in there and also the Villa 3-Arsenal 2 (poor bloke losing his leg) thought more people would have voted for last game with the old Holte against Liverpool with all them Villa legends paraded before the game but i`m just sad.
