Bellamy To Villa Poll Results

Vital Villa asked whether you would like Craig Bellamy at Villa Park.

This followed the weekend reports putting 2+2 together and coming up with Craig Bellamy moving to Aston Villa (with Mark Hughes apparently ruling out any move for the troubled Liverpool striker by Blackburn Rovers).

Seems the fans are split on the question with 50% saying they wouldn't want Bellamy because he is a yobbo! 1% said they wouldn't like him at Villa because the striker is never fit.

That left 46% saying they would like him in the Villa team if Martin O'Neill could control him and 3% were unsure.

To be fair I don't think he's going anywhere after last night (Scored one set up one helping LFC beat *"my boys" 1-2 @ the Nou Camp)so what we think is irrelevant *I went to see Barca play at The Nou Camp beginning of last season and have called them "my boys" ever since!! It was against Osasuna and Savo was playing. "Savo! Savo!"

Yeah Barcelona ahve always been my second team and Villa have always been my number 1! ild love to see Bellamy here then we can go really attacking and have 3 upfront (bellamy, Carew, Young with gabby rotating with young) we would have the fasted strike force in the prem and scoring players!

The geezers a p**ck, but a talented one.No doubt if he was mute he would be the complete striker! One thing he is though is a winner and if were to get him and Joey Barton in we would have a determined aggressive football side competing for everything. Then the drawback is they would probably burn the new training ground down!...decisions, decisions

I'd love to have him here at Villa Park. Competive quality footballer, and not too many of those types become available.

Bellamy is a total knob head, but a good striker when hes on fire no one can live with him. If Randy & MON punted for him thats good enough for me!

Well in my opinion, which as you all know is the one that counts :-) we should buy him, IF we can get him at a reasonable price. I think 8 mil is a bit over the top for him.

Too patchy to make a difference in what is becoming a better squad at Vila, maybe before the transfer window we would have been delighted with any player who had spirit and a bit of fight in him. Sorry its back to blackburn for him Im afraid.

No way, he is too much of a mouth and for the odd great goal he might score he is not worth it.

Despite his off field antics he'll always find a home!

good striker, but a gob*****e and a right meathead. I was surprised when liverpool signed him, but to be fair he's done well for them. If he did join Villa, he's a be a brave guy/dumb fool to cross swords with martin o'neill... »»Arsene Knows««
