'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Football Fans Census Results

From Football Fans Census:

Dear Aston Villa fan

Hi, just a quickie to let you know the results of our 'Cost of Footie' survey appear in The Sun today as part of their Cut the Cost of Footie Campaign.

Results highlights include:

Only 12% of fans think match tickets are good value for money
96% think Premiership clubs should use increased TV revenues to cut ticket prices
86% would go to more games if tickets were cheaper and available
74% would prefer to stand and pay less.

The full results, including some FFC members comments on the sacrifices you make to follow football, are on pages 14 and 15 of The Sun or online here

Many thanks for your help

All the best

The FFC Team

Not being pickey but, is that a Rugby match shown on the Sun link ? Not Lansdowne is it ?
Fletch
Can't have standing for health and safety reasons. In some areas where your sitting you might aswell be standing for all the room you have though. Regardless I'd still rather have a seat.
Cubos
No Lansdowne is flat as a witches tit,,, its Croke Park.
col8
Yes, seat for me too. My standing days are over, although of course I virtually have to at away games.
