Why would you want defoe and bellamy?!?! Fair enough defoe, a quick tricksy striker who scores, but bellamy? a clone who is injury prone and doesn't score!

I'd also prefer Jermain Defoe, but somehow I see him ending up back with Harry Redknapp at White Hart Lane, I think thats pretty much a done deal. I do like Bellamy though, just have concerns about some of the off-field antics that he gets up to, all too frequently.

As for Man of the Match for the game at Upton Park, I think that it was very much an all hands to the pump job, with everyone playing their part, without there being any outstanding individuals. Three very useful points from a somewhat below par performance. Not a bad habit to acquire, and long may it continue. Better to play poor and win, than turn on the style yet end up getting beat.
