There's a REAL treat in store for 25 lucky supporters at our opening UEFA Cup group match against Ajax. A special edition matchday programme has been produced for the game against the Dutch giants - featuring a glossy hand-stitched cover and loads of photos and articles about Villa in the UEFA Cup. And 25 copies will have the added bonus of being signed by manager Martin O'Neill and every member of his first team squad. Full details Click Here

They will have a limited quantity of the winter warmers available tonight from the Villa Village and Holte End stores as well as the match day kiosks inside the ground - priced at £10. Also available will be special souvenir mugs (£7) and impressive pennants (£7). JUSTICE - I had to sit in the West Ham end for the last match of last season (and consequently missed out on a Mellberg shirt, don't get me started) and had to endure Hammers fans sarcastically shouting 'Enjoy the Inter-Two Bob!' But now look, we're 2 hours away from a UEFA Group stage fixture versus Ajax!!! One of Europe's heavyweights. Who's laughing now my East End mateys?!

8.15 suited this guy just fine. Had to make the trek from Huddersfield to Brum for the game, not leaving West Yorkshire until 5.40 p.m. It was touch and go at times, but I made it with time to spare. Got back to Huddersfield at 1.20 a.m. Very enjoyable round trip - wouldn't want to do it every week though.

Sad that we couldn't fill the stadium for such a 'big game'. However those present produced an incredible atmosphere. Villa Park was well and truly rocking.
