Majority Say Villa Will Finish Higher Than 6th

Vital Villa asked in our last poll:

Following our good start, where do you think Villa will finish this season?

Looks like the majority are expecting an improvement on last seasons 6th place finish.

51% voted 5th. 15% went one step further and predicted 4th. That left just 7% dreaming of the top 3.

17% voted that we'd have the same finish as last season and the remaining 10% were miserable buggers saying we'd finish worse than 6th...!

Our latest poll is the match prediction, this time for the Pompey game, with the usual win, lose or draw options. That will be followed by the Man of the Match poll.

Lot of optimistic Villans out there. I'm only brave enough to say top eight. Repeating last seasons sixth place finish would be a great achievement.

Hopefully our squad, which still remains short on both numbers and quality, will be able to cope come the new year, should we become embroiled in extended F.A. and UEFA Cup runs, which I for one certainly hope we do.
