Sid Is Well Again

Steve Sidwell turns out for the stiffs tonight against Chelsea as he continues his return from injury.

The FA Premier Reserve League against Chelsea takes place at Brentford and kicks off at 7pm.

There are no shock inclusions in the reserves this time round.

Full squad is:

Parish, Lichaj, O'Halloran, Roome, Clark, Herd, Sidwell, Bannan, Stieber, Collins, Williams.

Subs:

Baker, Dau, Forrester, Lowry, Grocott.

He scored the only goal too...keep forgetting about him, I have a sneaky suspicion he might well turn out to be our best summer signing. Hope we get him on the pitch on Saturday!

Not so concerned about O'Halloran, I've not yet seen anything in him to suggest that he has a premiership future ahead of him, but Steve Sidwell is a different proposition altogether. Great to see him back in business.

I think that Steve Sidwell will add goals from midfield, something that we've lacked for a long time now. He could easily turn out to be our best signing of summer 2008.
