Sky Select 3 Villa Games In December

Sky seem to like Villa as they have changed three of our December fixtures.

Yup, boxing day is now 5:15pm. Jeez!

Anyway, fixture changes:

Away to Everton from Saturday December 6 to Sunday 7. 4pm kick-off.

Home to Arsenal on Boxing Day now kicks-off at 5.15pm.

And our away trip to Hull from Sunday 28 to Tuesday December 30. 8pm kick-off.

Sign of our progress that Sky are grabbing more of our games, not sure when Setanta pick their games but there are bound to be more changes due.

Just noticed that there are no games on new years day this season which is a shame as it's usally the perfect way to get over a hangover!

are there any 3.00pm kick offs on a Saturday in the near future as I might fancy a trip up to VP, keep changing for tv and my opportunities disappear

Still a major source of irritation these televised games, but as I'm continually re minded, its something we have to live with. The away game switches are more annoying, as I'm sure all who hit the road regularly to watch us away from home would only too readily agree.

Boxing Day at 5.15 p.m., I ask you? Once again the armchair supporter is accomodated with no regard to those supporters prepared to get off their rears and attend the games.
