£700????? You can buy a detached house in Sutton Coldfield for that money at the moment.

Far too much money for me to consider, hopefully our next European oponents this season will be a little cheaper to get to. Can't wait to see the boys in Europe
PTP
You could buy Liverpool for that and still get some hub caps for change.

I am going..........if Fear is paying!!!

Would have been nice to have entered all season ticket holders (even if only those in the "away" scheme) in a draw to travel out with the team. How about it General for the next round? I promise to behave -honest!

Think I've done my stint of european travel cheering on the lads. Unless its a 'special' game I'll take a back seat now and let the younger guys fly the flag

I think that this game is being played at the same stadium as was the second leg of the Valur tie back in our European Champions Cup winning season of 81-82. If it is, those going need to prepare themselves for the horrendous smell from the fish factory that adjoins the stadium. They certainly wont be able to avoid it. I cant recall how much we paid back then for that trip, but it was a lot less than the £695per person being asked this time around.
