'If It's Football, It's Vital'

A Long TIme Ago, In A Galaxy Not So Far Away

A long time ago, in a galaxy not so far away

A long time ago, in a galaxy no so far, far away, a young boy was brought up in Villa Park, plying his trade with his sweet left foot and the command of a team destined for greatness, his name was Gareth
Barry, son of Mr Barry (anyone know his dads name?)

Anyway, the (Villa) force was strong with this one, being brought up with the great players surrounding him, Ian Taylor, Paul Merson, Master Olof Mellberg to name a few, he was destined for greatness and brought balance and prosperity to the force on their quest for champions league football.

With UEFA cup football being brought to Villa Park like all stories, there is a dark side. A master of the dark forces, Darth Rafa and his young apprentice Gerrard conspired to lure young Gareth to the dark
side with the lure of champions league football, and sitting on the Anfield bench.

Now a Jedi within the England set-up, and regular of Capello's midfield. Gareth throws it all away by demanding a move to the dark side that promises him a left back / subs berth and the destruction of now
self-imploding death star that is his career.

Will he still go? Find out in the next episode of.

'Barry Wars - Attack of the scousers' - due for release before August 31st 2008.

Good one mate. Time we had a little light relief in the Barry saga. I'm waiting for the 3rd episode the MON strikes back.

I like it. Now all we need to do is mix Star Wars and football in a positive light and the world will rejoice. If Barry is going to go, I'd love Arsenal to come in and whisk him away from under Rafas nose.

laughing, I am!

Well Kuyt looks like Yoda, Gerrard is a wookie with that strange hairline which keeps going half way down his forehead and Carragher is definitely an alien of some sort.

Rafa is definetly Jabba the Hutt! A scheming fat and bald blob!!!

I wonder if Rafa told Barry that he was his father.

Barry receives yet another rapturous reception from the Villa faithful at the Reading game.......will he relise that the Villa actually want him. Liverpool fans have not been to complementary about the prospect of losing Alonso for the purchase of Barry?

Now even I'd laugh if he signed for Arsenal - what a twist, what an end to a thriller!

If he leaves for 18,000.000 I hope the club recieve the money before the transfer window closes. When he returns to Villa Park as a Liverpool player he wil feel a disturbance in the Force.

I find Gareth's lack of faith disturbing...

You can read the script now. Returns to VP as an Anfield Red, scores the winner. Lets get over the guy asap, and get some new blood in quick.
