Two Villan's In The Sky Team Of Season

Sky have named their team of the season.

The players are selected by both Andy Gray and Jamie Redknapp.

So what I hear you say? Well, there are two Villa players in there, deservedly so!

James

Johnson
Ferdinand
LAURSEN
Lescott

Fabregas
Flamini
Gerrard

Ronaldo
Torres
YOUNG

I was also asked by The Telegraph for an end of season review, so here it is: Click Here

I did put a caveat to the Stiliyan Petrov quote, saying if he started playing regularly like he did towards the end of the season, things would look up and he would make a positive impact on the team but obviously they only had so much space!

A good selection, a good programme to have watched.

Can't believe Jamie Redknapp chose this team without putting his cousin in.

Its a good looking team thats for sure. Wonder how much it would take to assemble that line-up? Good to see two Villans named in the 'side', well deserved recognition for both. Can we see out the summer without an approach from a suitor or two interested in luring Ashley away from Villa Park?
