Beware The Perils Of The Summer

Vital Villa readers, I just want to warn you all of the perils of the summer.

Beware the sun, it can burn you, make your face look silly and red and also causes sweat patches on your clothes.
Beware the wasps, the little blighters who I (wrongly) predict will be out in plagues this summer, will sting you at will.
Beware other football fans aimlessly walking around with no purpose in life until the new fixtures are upon us, they can be a hazard and need to be approached with great caution.
Beware the lovely ladies, showing more than a fair amount of skin. You might think this is a good thing but be extra careful not to walk into a lamppost or crash your car if driving, they are just a distraction. Oh, and we all know once they have their claws in you, they are far more deadly than their fair looks would have you believe.

No, on reflection, I think you should all keep indoors and wait for the winter to return.

I am saying this not for selfish reasons, but we at Vital Villa Central feel it is crucial that you stay in your office or home throughout the summer and whilst you are there, you may just as well remain talking on your computer to the rest of the football starved Villa fans.

The long and the short is thank you to all the readers who have listened to my particular brand of nonsense, or read the excellent contributions from the co-eds and Vital Villa users this season, we've enjoyed your company and thank you for making this site the success that it is! Well, actually I might thank myself for that, not sure my ego can stand crediting anyone else! :o)

Have a great summer, stick around, who knows we might actually buy some players this transfer window to put stupid smiles on all our faces.
